It is that time of year again! The world's most popular holidays are coming and they are coming quickly. You want new things to decorate with . . . but where should you go?
1) AC Moore-- AC Moore is a craft store that also sells home decor. This is the first on my list because y'all... the COUPONS. If you join their email list or if you have RetailMeNot (coupon app) they literally have amazing coupons every single day. For me, Halloween and Christmas time are very dangerous for me because I go into this store like 3 times a week. It also doesn't help that I live exactly 4 minutes away from one
let me tell you. With your Red-Card and Cartwheel (and a Team Member Discount) I walk out of there with something nearly every day, especially around October-December. Fun stuff at fun prices for everyone. I didn't make this my number one simply because I work there and I always know what's going on and I see all the new stuff first, so in a way, the excitement is taken away from me but also I get to put the new stuff out and arrange it and it makes me so happy! Also, Bullseye's Playground. Items under $10 live here and so do I. We get holiday themed stuff here as well as little toys and other various cute things that you don't need but you get anyway. Ok... I guess I should have made this "number one" but I can't betray my AC Moore.
2) Hobby Lobby-- Hobby Lobby is, yes, another craft store. Full of decor and thousands of craft-making items, Hobby Lobby falls number 2 on my list because of how big the store is. Their prices are good, their coupons are good, their holiday section is HUGE. Around Christmas, expect like 50 rows of holiday stuff.
3) At Home-- Ok. This store is the size of Wal-Mart. This store is huge. This store has EVERYTHING. It is August currently and they have more Christmas stuff out than they do Halloween and Fall. At Home is third on my list because they do not have many coupons and they can be pretty pricey. However, it's fun just walking around and looking at everything. This store is all home decor- lamps, chairs, decor, beds, mirrors, etc. Their fake plants are the most realistic looking ones I have ever seen and they are fairly price; just in case you were wondering.
4) Michaels-- Yes. Another craft store. Famous for their crafting material and decor, it's a smaller AC Moore. This craft store is the one I find to be more expensive than even At Home. Sometimes I get lucky and find a good 50% off coupon, but that usually only works on one full-priced item.
5) Target-- I work at Target. My fiancé works at Target. My best friend works at Target. Target is a very dangerous place to work- especially when you love shopping there. The holiday seasons are lit let me tell you. Ok... I guess I should have made this "number one" but I can't betray my AC Moore.
I can’t WAIT!!!
